SALON POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you provide your stylist with a 72 hour cancellation prior to the date of your scheduled service. Anything within 24 hours results in a fee (varies upon stylists).
LATE POLICY
Grace Periods:
• 5 minutes for short haircuts,
•10 minutes for color & lengthy services
Any more time may jeopardize your appointment and may require rescheduling.
NO SHOW POLICY
30% of the service booked amount due for not showing up to your scheduled appointment without prior notification to your stylist.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase with your original receipt.

Parking is available on the street or residential areas. Be mindful of the street signs as there is street sweeping on various days of the week in surrounding areas and those pesky parking enforcement guys will get you!
Absolutely! Tips can be paid with a credit card, cash or tap pay.
While we adore your little ones, space is limited and we deal with chemicals throughout the day, so unless the child is receiving services we advise that no children roam in the salon.
Yes! As long as your pup is trained and listens to your commands, we will happily have them hang out!

We want to make sure all of our clients leave fulfilled and happy with their service! We do have a 7-day grace period to fix anything you may be unhappy with, with a proper consultation, of course.
